Prof Barnett R. Rubin’s theses on peacemaking and hurdles (mainly regional ones) for it. If we read if carefully, he suggests to hand over to the Chinese and Indian ‘mega-economies’ and hope for some trickle-down effect for peace in Afghanistan.
