The leading German public prime-time news programme reports (in German) that an Afghan women who had worked for the pre-Taleban government and, after 16 months, is still waiting with her family in Pakistan for a visa to Germany, despite having received an admission letter, is sueing the German Federal Foreign Office for entry.
