“13 years after Afghanistan joined the International Criminal Court: Where does Afghanistan stand vis-à-vis the work of this court?” is the title of the Dari-language paper by AAN researcher Ehsan Qaane that was presented at “The Third ANNUAL AFGHAN LEGAL STUDIES CONFERENCE (ALSC)” which was jointly organised by the German Max Planck Foundation for International Peace and Rule of Law and the Hamida Barmaki Organization for the Rule of Law in Kabul in October 2016. Now it has been published by the organisers in the first volume of the “Journal of Afghan Legal Studies” (2017).
