Summary of the facts about the IS-claimed terror attack on a Hazara protest demonstration in Kabul, by “Thomas Ruttig and Afghanistan Analysts Network, Kabul”. Among other things, Thomas writes that the IS in Afghanistan is actually weak, has suffered territorial losses and might therefore take recourse to terrorist attacks. The infrastructure, he assumed, might be linked to Pakistani sectarian groups who have killed Hazaras since years.
